同意大利人一起工作,要求英语能力一定要精通。 The Order Processing Lead is the key point person for order entry. The order processing lead responsible for all aspects of the order entry process. This includes but is not limited to answering emails, phone calls, entering at once orders, future orders, and pre-books. The order processing lead is also responsible for communicating with internal teams to ensure all orders are entered correctly and in a timely manner. Job duties include but are not limited to: 1.Answer customer inquiries via phone or email 2.Receive and enter all order submitted via email, EDI 3.Enter new orders in the MEXAL (current ERP system0 4.Ensure accuracy when entering new orders in to the system 5.Merge in orders submitted via TAPS EDI (850) and correct any error codes when merging orders 6.Merge in TAPS EDI order changes (860) 7.Import TAPS order in MEXAL. 8.Notate all order changes in customer portals and in ERP system 9.Communicate any order changes and or discrepancies to Sales team 10.Maintain lines of communication between sales team and sales reps 11.Ensure all team members are properly trained on order entry platforms 12.Ensure all the guidelines provided by the customer are fulfilled by factory (labelling, chemical tests…) 13.Follow up the production status and report to the Sales Manager eventual potential delays 14.This post is intended to follow orders of big USA Chainstores. 15.If you are from US it is an advantage Required Skills 1.Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, and Excel) 2.Proficient ENGLISH and MANDARIN 3.Experience in footwear industry for at least 3 years 4.Excellent verbal and written communication skills 5.Accurate and precise attention to details Disclaimer: The above statements are not intended to be a complete statement of job content, rather to act as a guide to the essential functions performed by the employee assigned to this classification.
