Account Manager (US market) who is a key point person for all aspects of ordering processing including answering emails, phone calls, order entry, forecasting, and pre-books. He/She is also responsible for communicating with internal teams to ensure all orders are entered correctly and in a timely manner.
Job Description:
 Providing comprehensive sales orders processing and issue related documents for US market
 Handling customer inquiries via phone or email, order entry and submission via email, EDI, MEXAL (current ERP system)
 Ensure accuracy data input into the system
 Merge in orders submitted via TAPS EDI (850) and correction any error codes when merging orders
 Merge in TAPS EDI order changes (860)
 Import TAPS order in MEXAL.
 Monitoring orders’ status and the changes in customer portals and in ERP system
 Liaise closely with sales team and maintain effective communication between teams and customers for handling Sales orders & order follow up if any changes and discrepancies
 Ensure all team members are properly trained on order entry platforms
 Ensure all the guidelines provided by the customer are fulfilled by factory (labelling, chemical tests…)
 Follow up the production status and report to the Sales Manager eventual potential delays
 This position is intended to follow accounts and its orders of big Chain stores form US.

Required Skills:
 At least 3 years’ experience in footwear industry
 Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, and Excel)
 Fluent ENGLISH and MANDARIN
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Accuracy, precision and attention to details
