(AMG) is looking for a Quality Assurance Managerof Cambodia Responsibilities ?Will be responsible for performs a variety of tasks related to the finished product ?Follow-up on International quality claims ?To oversee the evaluation of the finished product for both quality and reliability ?Monitor factory performance and follow-ups ?Solve and communicate quality related problems ?Trains, develops and manages the QA Associates and prepares qualified candidates for personal growth and success ?Excellent communication and project management skills ?Will be responsible for performs other duties as assigned Requirements ?More than 5 years working experience of developing or production in shoes industry ?3 years leader position in footwear company ?Good in English and Chinese language ability ?Good in the excel / words/ power point
