Responsibilities ? Work with T1 factory and T2 supplier for pricing . ? Break down a shoe cost . ? Evaluated the cost-down option . ? Monthly and seasonal costing report . ? Report status on a monthly basis to senior management and provide information as needed to the Regional General Manager of Fujian Requirements ? Bachelor’s degree preferred ? 5+ years’ experience in a similar role ? Proven experience in tracking and reporting the raw material prices, and being able to translate that into price increases or decreases of materials used in footwear ? Strong negotiator, backed by strong analytical skills ? Extensive Microsoft Office skills with the purpose of reporting and presenting ? Knowledge and experience in the processes of footwear manufacturing ? Excellent Oral & Written Communication and Presentation Skills in both Mandarin and English ? Expected to spend extensive times in factories within the Fujian region ? Flexibility to work in evenings and weekends, if and when needed
